Terms & Conditions - The Basics
Hey there! Welcome to Lux Living. We’re excited to host you and want your stay to be as comfortable and luxurious as possible. Your check-in is at 12 PM and check-out is at 11 AM. To confirm your booking, we need a valid government ID and address proof along with a signed agreement and a refundable two-month deposit.
The deposit is refundable at the end of your stay, after any deductions for damages or extra charges. Rent is due by the 5th of each month, and late payments incur a small fee. Our Silver and Gold Suites come with everything you need for a relaxing stay, including a balcony, AC, smart TV, mini fridge, Wi-Fi, smart lock, kettle, cupboard, and intercom. Daily housekeeping is included, and we ask that you take good care of your room during your stay.
Smoking is not allowed inside rooms or common areas; the terrace is the only designated smoking area. Pets, illegal activities, loud music, or parties are not allowed. Visitors are welcome in the lobby but not in guest floors, and subletting is strictly prohibited. You are responsible for your belongings.
We provide access to facilities like the terrace garden, lounge, Jacuzzi, steam room, indoor games room, and a gym, with laundry services available via an external vendor. If you need to extend your stay or end it early, please give us 30 days’ notice. Lux Living reserves the right to terminate a stay if policies are violated. By staying with us, you help maintain a safe, comfortable, and luxurious environment for everyone.
What to Include in the T&C Document
By booking and staying with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Check-in is at 12 PM and check-out at 11 AM. A valid government-issued ID and address proof are required to confirm your booking, along with a signed agreement and a refundable deposit equivalent to two months’ rent. The deposit is refundable at the end of your stay after deductions for damages or extra charges. Rent is payable monthly, by the 5th, and late payments may attract a fee.
Our Silver and Gold Suites come fully equipped with modern amenities including a balcony, air conditioning, smart TV, mini fridge, high-speed Wi-Fi, smart locks, kettle, cupboard, and intercom. Daily housekeeping is included. Guests are expected to take care of their room; damages beyond normal wear and tear will be deducted from the deposit.

Lux Living offers access to facilities such as a terrace garden, lounge, Jacuzzi, steam room, indoor games room, and gym. Laundry services are available via an external vendor at the guest’s risk. Guests must give 30 days’ notice for early departure or extensions. The hotel reserves the right to terminate a stay in case of policy violations.
Guests agree to indemnify Lux Living against accidents, damages, or loss during their stay. Any disputes shall be governed by the courts of Bengaluru.
